Huge serving of delicious ice cream at reasonable price compared to other places. Treated great. I got a small and three people at it. I'd go back.

I usually don't care for soft serve places, but after seeing all the 5 star reviews for Surreal I figured I'll give it a shot. For once, I got a soft serve concoction that's actually worth 5 stars!! This "chocolate blowout" is AWESOME!! Chocolate soft serve that actually tastes good, with oreo pieces, coco puffs (yes, the cereal!), chocolate syrup, and some sort of chocolate cookie dusting = oh so chocolaty goodness!!

We got served by two male employees one named Dillion and I didn’t catch the other guys name. They were both really nice and patient my friend and I have never been before and there was a lot of option. I got the s’more’s ice cream and my friend got a chocolate milk shake. The ice cream was delicious, my friend got treats inside her milkshake and I’ve never had a mason jar ice cream before so it was fun. We’ll be back there soon.

Surreal Creamery offers an indulgent treat that's too big to conquer! The brown sugar bubble tea paired with Earl Grey ice cream was a delightful combination. At $10.25, the portion size is generous. While the melting ice cream was delectable, the tea might not suit everyone's taste. The staff is friendly, service is swift, but seating is somewhat uncomfortable and limited. Overall, a must-try dessert experience !

We got the taro ice cream with coconut and cookie monster jar(sans marshmallow) and they were both very good. I was a little worried about feeling sugar bombed by the size of it but it was not too heavy and the flavors were very good.

the tokidoki events were so much fun! i can’t wait to come back, the drinks were pricey but well worth the merch and collectibles, and the staff is as sweet as the treats they make! shout out the workers under these suits, they’re so sweet

I am in town for the weekend and my bf wanted ice cream so we stopped by because of the cute images. Typically I hate all coffee flavored ice creams, but I want to compliment the genius who made Vietnamese coffee ice cream and to have that in a swirl with the early Grey. Like who would've thought that these flavors would compliment each other so well? It's so delicious! The best coffee flavored ice cream I've ever had in my life. The flavors weren't overly sweet either. If you like asian level sweetness, this will be for you! We will be back again for sure!!!

This Chinatown ice cream joint is small and tidy, but those chairs? Not comfy at all! Staff's super nice though, adding to a good experience. Their mason jar servings are massive – seriously, perfect for two! But taste-wise, it's just okay, not mind-blowing. They've got variety, but the one that I tried - Chocolate Blackout, lacked that extra oomph. It's a nice spot to chill and share a treat. Overall, it's a decent hangout for a quick ice cream fix with a bud, but could step up the flavor game for a real knockout experience.
